Partner Agreement

Beacon Partner Network Terms & Conditions.

These terms define how Beacon partners join, promote, earn commissions, maintain eligibility, and receive payouts through the Beacon Partner Network.

Effective date: 2026. These terms are written for the Beacon Partner Network operated by Jace Online. They should be reviewed by counsel before final production use in any jurisdiction.

1. Overview

The Beacon Partner Network allows approved partners to promote Beacon by Jace Online to eligible organizations, including schools, churches, sports clubs, nonprofits, associations, and community organizations. Partners may earn commissions when qualifying referred customers purchase or renew eligible Beacon packages.

Participation in the Partner Network is not employment, agency, franchising, legal representation, or ownership in Beacon or Jace Online. Partners are independent participants responsible for their own conduct, expenses, taxes, communications, and compliance obligations.

2. Partner Eligibility

To participate, a partner must:

  • Submit accurate registration information.
  • Maintain a valid email address and contact details.
  • Pay the applicable partner membership fee where required.
  • Maintain an active partner membership in good standing.
  • Provide a valid and verified PayPal payout email before payouts are issued.
  • Comply with these terms and all applicable laws, rules, platform policies, and advertising standards.

Beacon may approve, reject, suspend, downgrade, or terminate a partner account at its discretion to protect the platform, its customers, its reputation, or its commercial interests.

3. Partner Tiers and Membership Fees

Partner tiers may include Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, or any other tier Beacon may introduce. Each tier may have its own membership fee, capacity limit, benefits, commission rate, renewal requirement, and eligibility criteria.

Partner membership fees are charged to participate in the Partner Network and are separate from customer package fees. Unless Beacon states otherwise in writing, commissions are not paid merely for recruiting other partners and are not paid on partner membership fees.

Beacon may modify tier names, tier pricing, capacity limits, direct commission percentages, benefits, renewal periods, or eligibility requirements. If a tier reaches capacity, Beacon may close the tier, open a waitlist, reject additional applications, or offer another tier.

4. Referral Links and Promotion Rules

Each active partner may receive a unique referral link or partner code. Partners must use their own approved link or code when referring customers. Beacon is not responsible for commissions lost because a customer did not use the partner’s referral link, used another partner’s link, cleared cookies, used another device, or completed purchase outside the tracked referral flow.

Partners must represent Beacon accurately and may not:

  • Promise features, pricing, timelines, discounts, guarantees, refunds, or service levels not officially approved by Beacon.
  • Claim to be an employee, officer, legal agent, owner, or exclusive representative of Beacon unless explicitly authorized in writing.
  • Use misleading advertising, spam, fake testimonials, fake scarcity, unauthorized logos, deceptive screenshots, or impersonation.
  • Register customer accounts using false, recycled, unauthorized, or self-controlled customer identities.
  • Bid on protected Beacon or Jace Online brand terms in paid advertising unless authorized.

5. Commission Rules

Commissions are earned only on qualifying Beacon package purchases or renewals that are successfully paid, properly tracked, not refunded, not charged back, not fraudulent, and not otherwise disqualified under these terms.

Beacon may apply direct commissions, upline commissions, hold periods, release rules, minimum payout thresholds, and qualification checks based on the active database configuration. Total commission allocation for a qualifying sale will not exceed Beacon’s configured maximum commission pool.

A partner must be active, paid, eligible, and in good standing at the time commission is created, released, and paid. If a partner’s membership expires, is cancelled, is suspended, or is otherwise not in good standing, commissions may be withheld, forfeited, reversed, delayed, or retained by Beacon depending on platform rules.

Commissions may be reversed or withheld for refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, duplicate transactions, fraudulent activity, policy violations, customer cancellation, abusive self-referral, or attribution error.

6. Payouts

Payouts are issued by PayPal only unless Beacon introduces another approved payout method. Partners are responsible for providing and verifying their PayPal payout email. Beacon is not responsible for delayed, failed, misdirected, or rejected payouts caused by incorrect payout information supplied by the partner.

Beacon may require a minimum available balance before issuing a payout. Pending commissions are not payable until the applicable hold period has passed and the commission has been released. Available balances may be adjusted for reversals, corrections, disputes, refunds, or administrative review.

Partners are responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, duties, fees, and charges arising from commission payments. Beacon may request tax, identity, or business verification documentation before paying commissions where required or prudent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Partners must not engage in conduct that harms Beacon, customers, prospects, other partners, or the integrity of the Partner Network. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Self-referrals or sham customer registrations intended only to generate commissions.
  • Fake leads, fake organizations, fraudulent payment activity, or duplicate customer identities.
  • Harassment, threats, abusive communication, discrimination, or reputational attacks.
  • Unsolicited spam campaigns, unlawful robocalls, unlawful SMS campaigns, or unauthorized email marketing.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, attacking, disrupting, or attempting unauthorized access to Beacon systems.
  • Misuse of customer information, private data, school data, child-related data, or contact lists.

8. Data, Privacy, and Compliance

Partners must comply with applicable privacy, advertising, anti-spam, consumer protection, payment, data protection, and telecommunications laws. Partners may not collect, process, store, or share customer data on Beacon’s behalf unless specifically authorized and subject to appropriate safeguards.

If a partner receives personal data from a prospect or customer, the partner is responsible for handling that information lawfully, securely, and only for the purpose for which it was provided. Partners must promptly report any suspected data misuse, security incident, or unauthorized disclosure involving Beacon-related information.

9. Brand and Intellectual Property

Beacon, Jace Online, logos, product names, designs, slogans, software, documentation, website content, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Jace Online. Partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved Beacon materials solely to promote Beacon in accordance with these terms.

Partners may not register domains, social media handles, business names, ads, trademarks, or materials that impersonate Beacon, confuse customers, or suggest ownership of Beacon or Jace Online.

10. Suspension and Termination

Beacon may suspend or terminate partner participation at any time for suspected fraud, policy violation, unpaid fees, expired membership, misuse of data, harmful conduct, legal risk, reputational risk, or any conduct Beacon determines is inconsistent with the Partner Network.

Upon termination, the partner must stop using Beacon materials, referral links, brand references, claims, and confidential information. Pending or unpaid commissions may be reviewed, withheld, forfeited, or reversed if they are connected to violation, dispute, refund, or ineligible activity.

11. No Guarantee and Limitation of Liability

Beacon does not guarantee income, commissions, customer conversions, territory exclusivity, customer retention, payout timing, or business results. Partner success depends on many factors outside Beacon’s control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacon and Jace Online are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost profit, lost opportunity, or reputational damages arising from participation in the Partner Network.

12. Updates to These Terms

Beacon may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms may be posted on this page or communicated through the partner dashboard, email, or other official channel. Continued participation after updates means the partner accepts the updated terms.

By applying to the Beacon Partner Network, paying a membership fee, using a referral link, accessing the partner dashboard, or accepting commissions, the partner agrees to these terms.
